·        PERSONAL INJURY LAW:  We represent clients injured in auto accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and fall injuries, burn injuries, dog bites and pedestrians hit by autos.  Our legal fees and costs in all personal injury cases are paid by the other driver or their insurance company.  We charge 1/3^rd of the recovery plus our costs, which are only paid from the other party or their insurance company.

·        PROPERTY DAMAGE CLAIMS FROM AUTO ACCIDENTS:  We represent clients whose vehicles are damaged due to the fault of other drivers.  Depending on the facts of the situation, we will either represent you on a 1/3rd  contingency fee plus costs basis, or on an hourly fee plus costs basis.

·        BUSINESS LAW AND LITIGATION:  We assist business clients in incorporating new businesses as a C, S or Limited Liability corporation; preparing partnership agreements;  drafting legal documents for the purchase or sale of business assets; drafting contracts, commercial leases and other legal documents required for a business; interpreting and drafting covenant not to compete and non-compete agreements.  We represent clients in business litigation. 

·        WILLS, TRUSTS AND PROBATE LAW:  We assist clients in estate planning, including the best type of will or trust agreement to distribute their estate to minimize possible estate tax payments by their named beneficiaries.  Depending on your personal needs, we can draft special will/trust provisions to distribute your estate assets to a surviving spouse, children, grand children, your favorite charities …. and even a trust for your lovable pets if you wish.

·        MARITAL DISSOLUTION, SPOUSAL MAINTENANCE AND CHILD CUSTODY:  We realize that going through a divorce is very painful.  Let us protect your legal interests during this painful period of separation.  We will evaluate your income, assets and assist you in negotiating … or litigating in family court if necessary … a divorce decree that gives you sole or joint legal and physical custody of your minor children; provides reasonable spousal maintenance payments (or none at all depending on the respective education and prior earnings of you and your spouse); and provides for an equitable distribution of your marital property. 

·        REAL ESTATE:  We prepare deeds to convey real estate for both residential and commercial property.  We will both review and prepare Purchase Agreements; represent you at the closing if needed; work with appraisers to determine the fair market value of residential or commercial property; assist you in obtaining title insurance for real property as well as draft and records conveyancing deeds.

·        DWI & MOVING TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS:  If you get a citation for a DWI or other moving traffic violation, we will counsel you on the likely court adjudication, based on the facts of the situation and your prior driving record.  We will represent you in negotiating the best possible disposition of your citations with the government prosecuting attorney.  We will represent you in any court appearances and at trial in those situations where a reasonable compromise cannot be reached with the government’s prosecuting attorney.
